What happens next
We read it
A student volunteer picks it up, usually within a couple of days.
We search
We check what we already hold, then go looking. This can take a week or a month depending on what you need.
We deliver
We arrange the collection and bring it to you. We never ask you for a penny. With a piano, the movers have to be paid by somebody, so we go looking for that somebody — and we tell you honestly how it is going.
