There is a piano in your house that nobody plays.

Or a clarinet in a closet. Selling it is a hassle, throwing it out feels wrong, so it sits there. Give it to us instead. We arrange the collection, we find the movers, and we come back and tell you where it ended up.

Music itself is free. It is the instrument that costs.

Three honest things

  • Broken is fine. A sticking key is a repair, not a reason to say no. We have a technician.
  • We will tell you if it is beyond saving. Water damage, cracked soundboard — we would rather say so than take it and quietly scrap it.
  • No tax receipt. We are not a registered charity and we do not take money. What you get is knowing where it went.
  • Moving is our hard part, and we take it seriously. Anything larger than a car will hold goes with professional movers who carry their own insurance — never volunteers with a trolley. We find a way to cover it: a donated job, or somebody who settles the bill straight with the mover. If we cannot, we will tell you quickly rather than leave your piano in limbo.
